The capital market is a gathering place for companies and investors to carry out securities transactions such as shares, bonds and other securities. The capital market sector is very important for a country because it is the driver of a countrys economy. Indonesia has a capital market sector which is regulated in Law Number 8 of 1995 concerning Capital Markets, this law explains the capital market regulations that must be obeyed by capital market players, namely investors and companies. The Indonesian government is aware of the potential for fraud, which is defined as violations or unlawful acts that are detrimental to the state and society. Regulations regarding capital markets seek to provide legal clarity and law enforcement in the capital markets sector, so that they remain important components for the development of the capital markets industry. Violations that occur in the capital market are often caused by an act carried out by an individual, in a group, directly, or by orders or influence from another party which causes losses to certain parties. These losses can be in the form of material losses and immaterial losses. As is the case with the capital market dispute in Decision no. 160/PDT/2021/PT DKI which strengthens Decision no. 745/Pdt.G/2019/PN JKT SEL. In Decision No.745/Pdt.G/2019/PN JKT SEL, the Panel of Judges stated that the lawsuit submitted by the Plaintiff could not be accepted based on several Judges considerations, including because there was a premature lawsuit, namely a capital market dispute without first going through an examination by the Financial Services Authority. The plaintiff resubmitted the capital market dispute lawsuit by filing an appeal against Decision No. 160/PDT/2021/PT DKI and the Panel of Judges stated that they accepted the appeal by affirming the previous decision.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of compensation (X1), Competence (X2), Work Environment (X3) and The Work Engagement (Z) on Employee performance (Y) of honorary employees at The Surabaya Public Housing, Settlement Area, and Land Services Office in 2023. The research population was 202 honorary employees of The Surabaya Public Housing, Settlement Area, and Land Services Office in 2023. This study uses aquantitative approach to analyze variables. This study uses primary data collected by distributing questionnaires. Based on the Slovin formula, a sample of 135 people was taken with a sampling technique using simple random sampling. The data analysis technique uses Partial Least Square with SmartPLS 3.0. The research results show that compensation has aneffect on employee performance. Competency has an effect on employee performance. The work environment has an effect on employee performance. The work engagement has aneffect on employee performance.

Human resource management is indispensably the basis of all management activities, and it is a means of making things happen through people in a productive way so that the organisation can fulfill its mission and goals. It is the organisational function that deals with issues related to people such as hiring, compensation, performance management, organisation development, safety, wellness, benefits, employee motivation, communication, administration and training. Human resource management is also a strategic and comprehensive approach to managing people and the workplace culture and environment. Effective Human Resource Management enables employees to contribute effectively and productively to the overall organisation direction and the accomplishment of the organisations goals and objectives. It is no secret that the way in which entities operate and engage with each other, locally, nationally and internationally, will be profoundly influenced by the factors that are rapidly gaining attention with respect to the activities of human resource management. If not well managed, human resource management can result into disaster.

The main purpose of this study is identifying the nature of the project based on the Scandinavian schools arguments, examining the discourse of the critical success movement in PM, and then identifying project learning challenges as a critical success factor in project, and finally developing a comprehensive project learning framework which complies with project features. To this end, a systematic review method was used which, following its steps, out of 554 articles searched, 111 articles that were relevant to the research topic were selected and used. As the research conclusion, first, the project is a temporary organization, but not every temporary organization is a project. Second, although PM was praised by experts until a few decades ago, it was criticized by academics for a variety of reasons, including the failure of some important projects. Thus, the critical success movement was formed that emphasized the critical success factors in projects. Since project learning is considered one of the critical success factors, and it is also one of the major challenges in projects, in this study, a comprehensive project learning framework is developed. This framework is expected to be in line with the temporary nature of projects however, it has methodological limitations despite the development of related literature.

This qualitative research aims to find out what form of implementation of humanistic theory in the development of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan curriculum in Muhammadiyah schools, especially in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. In fact, this form of implementation is very important because it can form students to have a high social attitude, mutual respect, foster togetherness and ukhuwah Islamiyah so that education in schools can understand the potential possessed by students not only in the cognitive field but more emphasized in social aspects. This research was conducted at the Muhammadiyah School Yogyakarta and aimed to find out how far the application of this theory has been beneficial to the development of student learning in schools. In fact, educators or teachers in Yogyakarta have more or less applied the theory of humanism related to the development of AIK material to increase students sense of care with fellow friends and the existing school environment. Conducted in field research, a qualitative approach is used, along with a descriptive approach to try to explain and identify in depth related to how the implementation of theory in learning humanistically by Carl R Rogers about Islamic religious learning with the application of humanism theory in the strategy of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan teachers, especially in responding to students who continue to follow the current times, namely by approach each individual so as not to be too late in bad habits and most importantly is that every teacher in the school teachers of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan in particular provide examples or habituation to behave well in activities in the school environment. This study also uses an ethnomethodological approach related to cases that occurred in the Muhammadiyah School environment in Yogyakarta. The research data was obtained using respondents of a teacher who teaches Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan subjects who have implemented humanistic theory in learning in schools.

This research has three variables, namely servant leadership (x1), work environment (x2) and employee performance (y) which aims to determine servant leadership, work environment and employee performance at the womens and childrens empowerment service in Bandung City. The method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive and verification approach. Primary data collection techniques were obtained through questionnaires, observation and interviews. Secondary data was obtained through libraries and reviewed documents. The population of this study was 100 employees at the Bandung City Womens and Childrens Empowerment Service. The magnitude of the influence of servant leadership and the work environment on employee performance was used by multiple linear regression analysis or path analysis and determinant coefficients with the help of SPSS for window 24. The results of the discussion of servant leadership and the work environment on employee performance at the Bandung city womens and childrens empowerment service and the results of respondents answers From the questionnaire it turns out that servant leadership and the work environment on employee performance at the Bandung City Womens and Childrens Empowerment Service, servant leadership and the work environment as a whole show a positive and good response. It can be concluded that there is a fairly strong influence between servant leadership and the work environment on employee performance and other factors.

The Bien Hoa pottery tradition, despite its relative youth, embodies significant historical, utilitarian, symbolic, and unique aesthetic values that resonate with the Vietnamese ethos of creative labor. These values, encapsulated within a memory complex, require careful unpacking to fully appreciate and elevate the legacy of Bien Hoas ceramic heritage. This research posits that one effective method to disseminate and augment the heritage value of Bien Hoa ceramics involves harnessing the intrinsic worth of traditional craftsmanship in conjunction with practices of heritage tourism. With the objective of forging spaces for heritage tourism experiences tied to the Bien Hoa ceramics craft, the study delineates: i) the process of unraveling the memory complex tied to the Bien Hoa ceramics ecosystem; ii) preliminary explorations aimed at enriching the Bien Hoa ceramics ecosystems value through heritage tourism endeavors.

This article delves into the persistent issues surrounding the execution of the budget within the Maniema Province. Through a comprehensive examination of various factors such as financial management practices, institutional capacity, and governance structures, the study identifies key hurdles impeding effective budget execution. Drawing on empirical data and qualitative analysis, the article offers insights into the root causes of these challenges and proposes practical recommendations to enhance fiscal transparency, accountability, and efficiency in budget implementation processes within the Maniema Province.

This study investigates the fundamental reasons behind the reservation towards child adoption in family preservation among Igbo Christians. The survey was conducted in three main cities of Anambra state; Awka, Onitsha, and Ihiala. It made use of a mixed method of qualitative and quantitative instruments in analyzing the data. The four point-Likert scale was used to obtain qualitative data from the field and was further converted to quantitative data using descriptive-analytical and inferential statistics. The finds traced the persistent reservation towards child -adoption among Igbo Christians to the endurance of conviction in Igbo traditional religion and worldview. The result indicated three major dynamics of this conviction; the non- indigenous nature of the practice (adoption), the bridge of the ancestral lineage by the practice, and social stigma that goes with the practice. These tripartite socio-religious factors continue to influence the choice of an average Igbo Christian toward child adoption. The paper argues that while the traditions (Christian and Igbo) have the right to propagate their different worldviews and beliefs on marriage and child -adoption, the choice of the individual couples on the subject matter remains primal. Provision and enforcement of a functional supportive legal framework that protects the adopted and adoptive parents from every form of societal stigmatization cannot be relegated to the background.

Career adaptability is important for someone, especially in relation to changes, job transitions, career preparations, and challenges in the world of works. People who have high career adaptability can get a greater chance to be successful in their work. This study aimed to examine the relationship between two complex variates such as career optimism and proactive personality with career adaptability. Quantitative research method was used. Data were obtained by questionnaire from a sample of 305 students at a vocational school in east Java. Canonical correlation was utilized in order to pursue the research objective. Findings discovered that significant positive correlation between the two canonical variates as big as 0.665 or 44.2%. Negative loadings found in all parts of composite variables inside the clusters or variates, however, positive across the groups due to the negative against negative loading directions. Gaining optimism as a part of career optimism failed to have valid load so that the conclusions were not significant neither contribution as expressed by the canonical weight.

Advocating democracy and the right to decide over forceful union in the Spanish and European contexts, this paper makes modest theoretical proposals to protect the right to decide and to self-government of sub-state nations or peoples. The peaceful solution of conflicts involving contested claims over territory and national sovereignty calls for a pluralist concept of democracy, recovering the centrality of self-determination as the self-assertion of a people, a political community that has been systematically denied the freedom to decide on its own political status and aspiration. Constitutional law based on popular sovereignty often neglects the question of the definition of the demos as the prefigured and axiomatic constituency. If the Constitution is further interpreted as precluding any claim to self-determination by a constituency, and any debate about that claim then an undemocratic model of militant constitutionalism ensues. That militant scheme is not so much about protecting democracy as it is about imposing a national model, a pre-defined demos. This contribution seeks to revisit the claim of sovereignty of the Catalan process and the constitutional doctrine of the Spanish judiciary precluding the Catalan Parliament from engaging in political debates on the right to decide, in relation to the issue of the militant democracy model
